You will be asked to agree to pay $125/month membership fee through an automatic withdrawal from your checking account or credit card. You will be asked to agree to an initial 3-month commitment after which you can cancel the automatic withdrawal and give up your club membership & benefits at any time. Here’s What Will Happen Next: You will receive a Welcome Packet that explains how to take full advantage of your membership and contains all the information you need to access the benefits. Fees and Payments:
NEW MEMBERS
If I am a new participant with Kat's programs, I understand that I am joining Kat's club and that the initial membership fee is $125 per month with a three-month commitment. As a Pilot program member I will receive a fourth month free of charge.
For all participants, unless I make special arrangements, I understand I will pay the monthly membership fee through an automatic credit card charge or bank account withdrawal which will be set up by Kat or her agents (most likely Curtis).
All subsequent membership fees will be automatically withdrawn or charged at 30 day intervals thereafter. By signing this agreement, I hereby agree to that ongoing $125 monthly fee.
PAST PARTICIPANTS
If I am a past participant, who has worked with Kat or taken her classes, and I am taking part in the Pilot program, I understand the first month of membership will be free of charge.
The initial membership fee to the Pilot program will be charged 30 days after I submit the enrollment form and begin the program, unless I notify Kat or her agents that I do not want to continue. In that event, there will be no charge at all.
If I chose to continue I agree to pay Kat $125 per month to enjoy the benefits of membership in her club. I agree to begin my membership with a three- month commitment.
As a member of the Pilot program, I understand that my initial three- month commitment begins with my first payment, 30 days after I submit the enrollment form.
What this means is that I have the first month to try out the Pilot program for free to see if it fits what I need. If it does, I will make the three- month commitment, be charged the initial membership fee and continue to benefit. If it's not right for me, I will not be charged anything.
To Withdraw:
Following the initial three month commitment, I may withdraw from the club at any time by notifying Kat or her agents. My withdrawal will be effective immediately.
Unconditional Money Back Guarantee:
I understand that at any time during the initial three month period that I deem the program to not be right for me, I may request a refund for all fees paid and Kat will gladly refund those fees.
