Kat Kehres Knecht, PCC

Kat is a Relationship Coach certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. She received her CoActive Coach certification and leadership training from The Coaches Training Institute and is a graduate of their Organization & Relationship Systems Coach training program.

Kat also trained at the Traditional Acupuncture Institute's SOPHIA program and in Imago couples therapy. Her past work included a key position for the U.S. Postal Service's Quality of Worklife Program

Born in the Midwest and long time resident of Gettysburg, PA, Kat guides single women, couples, individuals, and groups.
